Cam hasn't had any protection, but he is still missing on throws Dalton is hitting on. He will get better if Otah ever plays again

Dalton looked like crap the first two weeks and this week looks like a 10 year veteran with almost a perfect passer rating. It is easy to see this is about how bad we are not how good he is.

Is Cam ready to start?? Of course not. But he is the best person we have right now so we are going to live and die by him. What exactly were you expecting?? You guys who expect instant success and a bunch of wins this year are frankly delusional. He has had 3 weeks in the NFL, has no running game and a defense that is porous and equally ridiculous.

What did we say we needed for us to be successful.

Good running game-fail

Good offensive line play- fail

Stout defense which keeps us in the game- fail

Cam needed to make a few plays not win the game- fail

This is the perfect storm for failure not success.

Cam is at least trying to make the plays despite bad OL play.....he is hanging in.....Clausen bailed. key difference.

Clausen scored a lot more points with less playing time. And Cincy sucks in a major way. If Cam plays in the 3rd.....
