I 100% agree with that. I think Aso is better than Revis but living in NJ and working in NY I get killed even implying that. Revis is a god here, he is the Derek Jeter of Football in NY. I personally think Aso is a better player.

Ok, just making sure. Not taking anything away from Revis, but that man gets away with a lot and usually always has over safety help.

i feel you on that one. i live in ny also and alls i hear about is how revis owns smith yada yada yada. Ill take Aso over ANY CB in this league. Revis is good, but revis' island sunk the year it opened.

depends on your scheme. If you don't play a lot of man to man coverage.....Aso would not be the best CB for you if you could have anyone you please.

No in way in hell do I see Asante upseating Gamble. But it might be signing that would get Gamble's ass in gear to spark him again. If Gamble played for philly he would be a consistent pro-bowler just on popularity.

then that is really illogical. Asante is clearly a better corner than Gamble. You don't have to agree we should sign him.....but he is easily better than Gamble.

Giving up a second round pick for a 30 year old CB (no matter how good) is a move that a team in position to 'win now' does. We aren't winning anything right now. That is a short-term solution. Im not willing to go into next year's draft without a high second round pick.

nail on head

i feel you. Aso is ALL around the best Cb in the league. he is a ball hawk, has exceptional covering ability and is a fast motherfuger. Granted, there are less talented for cheaper, and two good CBs are better than 1 elite player. Ill take J.Joseph and C.Gamble for 200 please.

In no order I would probably take Revis, Aso, Woodson, Bailey, and maybe Tramon Williams. But Samuel I would put at 5 or 6

In his prime Bailey was easily better and Bailey is still a beast......I got Asante ahead of him now though.

You are saying you got him 5-6....which isn't too far off my 4 spot. The borderline top 10 comment was simply crazy.
