To each is his own. JR is writing the checks so he can set the ground rules how he likes. People here are trying to make something out of nothing. A gazillion companies don't allow tatoos and ear rings; at least not visible while at work.

Yeah but you left off that this is also a multibillion dollar a year industry with extensive roots in corporate America. Not to mention that Mr.Richardson is investing millions upon millions of his money into an individual.

Pretty amazing this has gone 11 pages. Even more amazing is people are trying to act like they don't know what JR is talking about.

As if no one here would cover up their ear rings and tatoos if they had an interview with a reputable company that was going to pay top dollar.
