VY was one of the greatest college QBs in recent history.

Vince Young is 30-17 as a NFL starter.

Only thing holding him back is he is a mental case.....talent is/was there. Nothing to suggest Cam will have the mental/emotional problems Young has had.....

Yeah because its always a good sign when a quarterback is drafted that high but cut before his contract runs out. And how many of those wins were against winning teams?? And why didn't he get a starting job somewhere?

Vince is a good qb. The reason hes where he is now is because of his mental issues. Not many qbs have people worried that they might kill themselves when poo hits the fan. He also got into some legal trouble. That's the reason for his failure. Fisher didn't like him and that's why he didnt stay on the team. Even after he had those issues his teammates still wanted him to be the starter. Cam doesn't appear to have the same mentality as Vince.

I would say VY was a bust for the Titans but not because of his ability as a quarterback of the team. He can still have a successful NFL career, like what Kerry did after leaving us, but IMO he was a bust for the team that drafted him.

I wouldn't use that as a reason to think that Cam will bust at all though.

Vince Young is a huge failure and a joke of a human being, but a good NFL quarterback. Hell, his own home team (Houston) didn't want anything to do with him...Better hope Cam doesn't follow in the same footsteps..

Vy wasnt a bust for the Titans. Not with a RoY award, a winning record, playoff births, etc. He simply couldnt get along with his idiot Head Coach who is no longer coaching. Vy has won more games than guys like Matt Cassell and Kevin Kolb. He will start in this league again. Dudes pulled this same crap with Vick, writing him off at 27. Lol
