I guess that link I posted above is auto-updating to the latest track every 3 hours. They didn't move it much at all between 11 AM and 2 PM today. Looks like they are predicting landfall around New Bern, which would leave Carolina Beach, Wrightsville, Topsail, Emerald Isle and other Onslow beaches taking the brunt of the East winds and surge.
