same here. I miss harris' raw attitude, aggression and intensity. Loved his pregame hype speeches with the team. Still to this day, it baffles me that he did not get voted in the 07-08 Probowl ..which breakout players get snubbed out alot though.

I'm surprised no one has mentioned any of the Miami CB's tonight. They are very deep at that position, and are going to have to cut a quality guy. Plus Rivera just got a first hand look of them shutting our guys down. Sean Smith and Vontae Davis obviously aren't going anywhere. They have a couple of rookies that I doubt they pull the plug on already. Nate Ness is probably their next best so I doubt he goes. Will Allen and Benny Sapp are 30 somethings and would be decent stop gap type guys. I'd actually love to see Nolan Carroll though. Dude is 6'1" over 200 lbs. and is only 25 or 26 I think.

Did anyone see McClain just totally give up on that play after he jumped over the receiver and didn't have him down by contact? The fuging whistle hadn't blown and he got up shaking his head and the receiver got up and gained another five yards before he was brought down.

I was quite concerned last night with the apparent lack of discipline on this team. I didn't think I'd see that kind of thing with Rivera at the helm.

It's still amazing to me that we didn't sign Rogers. He only got a 1 year deal in SF. Why in the hell didn't we jump on him? Are we really going to pick up a super scrub on a cheap ass deal and hope he can hold down the fort opposite of Gamble? I thought we were over those days of relying on hope from a lower tier player to try to magically become a starter in this league.
