Jimmy is a 2nd year player and Cam is a rookie and I would call it a dead heat at best, which in my mind means you go with Cam.

Thats not really true. The only year we haven't had a #2 Wideout was last year. Moose was a great #1/#2 while he was here.

My biggest concern after this game is the way the Dolphins ran the ball down our throat. This is why you don't go into a season with two rookie DT's 3rd year player who was on the PS last year... the minute Ron Edwards went down we should have got busy and signed someone.

Not sure the waiver wire will have anyone that can help us, we may need to trade for someone that can give us a presence in the middle.

What I take away from tonight...

Cam was given every opportunity to show, with the play calling, if he could carry a team when all we can do is throw. (Like coming from behind) and I feel he fell a little short. He could still be the starter though because Jimmy didn't distance himself either.

neither QB looked good tonight, Clausen had a good throw or two, so did Cam.

I'm just more worried about Cam's mechanics than I am about hurting Clausen in any way by starting him. Seems like when the pressure is on, bad habits resurface. Need to drill those out of him.
