Still disrespected...

U motherfuggers are all retards! I'm not begging or asking for attention for the Panthers. You really should learn how to read sentences. Those sentences form paragraphs in which a general purpose or idea is conveyed. There is NO arguing or excuse to be left out of any conversation involving our division.

Razor you have thoroughly disappointed me tonight. I have specifically answered u 3 times and u still don't get it.

Maybe I'll just start posting in Spanish. More people will understand it that way.

Not surprising, and I'm not crying about it...

I'm watching the Steelers and Eagles game. The announcers are Troy Aikman, Joe Buck, and Terry Bradshaw... The game is in garbage time in the 4th qtr. The question was asked about which teams would surprise some people this year. Troy Aikman picked St Louis, Terry picked the Lions, and Jow Buck picked the Bucs....

Then the conversation shifted to what a competitive division the NFC South is... They all mentioned The Saints, Falcons, and Bucs... NO FUGGIN mention of the Panthers whatsoever. Not even a respectable (the Panthers are re-building) type mention. Just as if we are not a part of the division whatsoever.

I get it... We were 2-14 last year. We have not one, not two, but three unproven/unreliable QB's... We re signed our own players...

But DAMN... They act like we aren't even in the Division. We as fans are NOT used to be treated like this. (maybe earlier, but not now, and certainly never this disrespected)

I hope that our players are taking notes. I know that Rivera will have our boys ready every week. I know that we will be a competitive football team. I know we do better flying under the radar. All of those commentators I love listening to. I was more than pissed off that we didn't even get mentioned.

To any players that may be lurking. Tell your boys that a little punch in the division foes' mouths is in order. The disrespect is getting out of hand. I mean we're getting treated worse than the Lions got treated when they barely won 2 games for like a decade...

It's time to get our swag back... That's the bottom line.

you are definitely crying about it

Oh_look__it_s_THIS_thread_again-1.jpg

Like everyone here has said. When has this team earned any respect? This thread might have validity after we at least string together back to back winning seasons, but don't expect the level of respect you want until we've got a Lombardi.

This team has a long way to go to garner that respect but I feel we're headed in the right direction.

Do us a favor and don't post this same old poo for at least the next couple years.

1. 2-14 team

2. Unproven QB's (likely starting rookie)

3. New Coach

4. Totally new scheme

5. FA moves were re-signing our young talent

6. Shortened off season

Why does it surprise you that we are not getting respect?

You earn respect, it is not just given. We have done nothing yet to earn it.

Win on the field and things will change.

This morning Micheal Smith was talking about how the NFCS has been the worst to first division...then went on to talk about Tampa Bay...

get used to it, until we win and win in the division they won't be talking about the Panthers. Cam yes... We might get a little buzz if we beat GB, but that won't last if we don't win the next week.

    • Go do this in the tinderbox you can create your own thread there if you want.
    • This is the new thing lol. It’s all open to interpretation and it’s your fault for your interpretation. The guy saying “stop teasing” was really very upset with Bryce Young being injured, not excited. Ignore his other posts that seem to indicate the opposite. And don’t you know “Exciting not to see Bryce!” was in no way happy with Bryce Young getting injured. Again, don’t bother looking at the rest of the posts for further context. And definitely nobody was making fun of him by saying he was injured by the water boy bumping into him, or it was a gentleman’s benching, or his feelings got hurt. And the comments about him getting tackled by a finger graze or getting taken down by a stiff fart were not hyperbolic over reactions to the play that just happened, it was just general conversation completely unrelated to that play. And of course none of their views are tainted by a desire to see Bryce Young fail, they all want the best for him and the team, that’s how you know for sure that you are totally taking all the posts the wrong way. Really can’t believe you would make up all these lies. gaslighting /ˈɡasˌlīdiNG/ noun noun: gaslighting the practice of psychologically manipulatingsomeone into questioning their own sanity, memory, or powers of reasoning.
    • I mean we had more of a defensive need in the 2025 draft than we may in the 2026 draft(so far). But we took a TE. We did it in the 5th round. Also he has overwhelmingly been our best TE to date. He and the FA pickup. I think you just have an extremely skewed view of TE's in the NFL. I would implore you to take a look at some draft history, depth charts and career progressions of a lot of those players. You are going to see ample examples of lower round guys being drafted and then immediately starting at TE. The reason it isn't rare is that there aren't many TE's taken in the 1st at all.  It's the same with other positions. You think that it's impossible to find a C outside the 1st? Well....most of them aren't 1st rounders because they rarely get taken there. How about OG? The NFL is mostly non-1st round OG's and the elite tier is almost all not former 1st round OG's. How about RB's? Pretty similar right? That's not just numbers, it's positional value historically. High value positions litter the first round. It's always been that way.
