Went to a Mongolian stir fry bar in Winston Salem (there's one in charlotte too, i think) for a buddy's birthday and it was one of the best meals I've ever eaten. They give you a little tin bowl and you go fill it up with raw meats, vegetables, and sauces, and then take it to the grill where you select the type of rice/noodles you want. they toss it all on the grill and fry it, and serve it to you in big bowls.

Absolutely phenomenal, and I came dangerously close to sharting on my bike driving back to Greensboro. That's when you know it's good food.

whenever i eat new/delish food it usually runs through me pretty quick. this was delish and it caused an ass hiccup or two.
