Sportscenter has talked about us for a week straight

like I can understand people saying he's inaccurate and needs some work(he does), but the guy essentially called him a bust after his first game ever.

Michael Vick was one of the least accurate passers in the league on the Falcons, and last year every pass he made was on point.

yeah, the more I listen to hodge, the less I like him. He just seems to like to hear his own voice at times. He doesn't really seem to understand how to evaluate young QBs, but he does know how to break plays down. I saw that segment the other day too, and he had some points, mainly that the olsen pass should have been a TD, but he came out and said that he would never get better. I think once the game slows down and he recognizes the same situation again, then he'll know what to do with the ball better and execute more efficiently. Cam just needs some time to develop, especially with his footwork.

exposure isn't always a good thing. Being under the radar has its advantages. The 2003 season is a good example of that.

I've never understood that line of thinking. Did Fox think that the other team didn't work as hard the week before playing the Panthers because ESPN wasn't all over our jock?

i was watching a segment on Cam and it said how because his accuracy was bad in his first preseason game he will never be able to succeed because you can't improve accuracy

dead serious he said that

See, ESPN wants Cam to fail, point blank. They just enjoy talking about him like the do The Golden Calf of Bristol. I don't recall Cam having such accuracy issues but I guess since he's so athletic and not their choosen QB,they must find something about him to harp on about...LOSERS..

I guarantee you that no one in the US knows what to think about this. They're about to talk about how his start tomorrow will affect (effect?) his season, but they are just grasping at straws trying to get a story out.

regardless, I'm enjoying this exposure.

Affect is correct.

Merrill Hodge, heard on the radio. Said "I've never seen an inaccurate QB become accurate."

I bet he's never seen Brady or Manning miss either.

Wasn't he the same person who calimed that The Golden Calf of Bristol won't make in the NFL because of his inaccuracies. What, is he a guru on inaccuracies for ESPN?
