Stewart, Goodson, Gamble and Barnridge all questionable for Miami game

They are in the NFL. Absolutley I would. Especially with them not getting a lot of work against anyone worth a poo at Panthers practice (no offense to everyone not named Steve Smith)

If they blow hard, you learn from it, if they step up and play alright....then it's a win. Good experience either way imo.

Jimmy Clausen was throwing TDs all over them with non Steve Smith caliber WRs....I don't think are ready to try to hang against the likes of Marshall (but that's just me).

can he block at times, does he run good routes? does he understand the new offense? Does he have a good work ethic? there is a lot more to the game then the first 3 things you said.

Did Dante have those things? Who's still under Fox now

We dont know, he got a chance and he never lived up to expectations. The questions you just asked, you have to be Rivera to answer those. I asked questions you as a fan can see to reply with an answer

all I know is if youre gonna be on the 3rd string you better be good at ST's if you want to stay on the team. Barny does that.

Like I said before, as long as the kickoff remains at the 35, Special Teams guys start to lose their potential as roster spots. Bill Belichick said as much in an interview a couple of days ago.

still gotta punt the ball

and there's still going to be returners like goodson who says any balls worth taking out as long as its not out of the endzone

and the panthers have obviously put an emphasis on special teams play this offseason, look how they played in preseason one

saying that ST's play is less important because a SINGLE play out of all the different plays under the ST umbrella has been changed makes no sense

I like barnidge and all but what has the guy shown in the regular season to warrant him being so good?

That's like saying what has DeAngelo Williams shown in the regular season to warrant him being so good when he barely received any playing times. Just like Williams back then, Barnidge has shown that he can actually play with the very few chances he gets.

actually, that is nothing like the pre 2008 DeAngleo...

DeAngleo consistantly flashed and made big plays.

I'm not even sure what this means.

In his first three years, DWill had 501 yards, 717 yards, and 1515 yards, obviously showing vast improvement over the course of his career.

In Barnidge's first three years, he has 0 receptions, 12 receptions for 242 yards, and 0 receptions.
