I recall earlier that RR said he would give both QB's an opportunity with the first team in the preseason. My guess is whoever outperforms the other will get the nod. Cam has the advantage this week with Smith playing and possibly playing into the second quarter.

Is he a project at QB....YES

Some coaches start their high draft pick QB early and some have waited. To think that you have ANY clue what Rivera's intentions or decision will be is ridiculous.
