I'm particularly easy to serve me thinks , I never really ask for anything except the occasional re-fill and if the food is good I tell them to let the cook know they did a good job.

I just checked out the menu on their website. Looks outstanding.

About the same price as Del Frisco's here in Charlotte....not cheap but not too ridiculous.

Menu was diverse and looked delicious.

May have to try it. I get down to that area a couple times a year.

Definitely not a place I would take the kids.

IIRC Burns Steak House in Tampa (yes it's a highend place) charges a flat gratuity for the servers and then you can tip on top of that if you like. I believe it's something like 10 or 12%.

Well if you are ever in Tampa I suggest going. They train for over a year before they take the floor to serve you....
