Joe Berger is not our starting center. Mike Pouncey is. Berger is a utility lineman that can move around and play guard or center....but if he's starting we are in deeper poo than I originally thought.

Lol, I forgot you had drafted Pouncey, but I can't take credit for that flub. It was on his wikipedia page, which was linked to our draft lists. There were some other errors as well, for instance, it didn't have our pick of Jordan Pugh in 2010 listed at all.

Oh well, Berger must be editing his own wiki page.

Hurney is great at filling our roster with talent. He's just terrible in the 2nd round. I was really indifferent this year about not having a 2nd round pick because those guys never pan out anyway. I wish we could get a second GM just for the 2nd round. Or maybe trade our 2nd pick every year for multiple other picks.

you can't discuss Hurney without discussing the Scouting Department, and since Don Gregory has been on staff, it's hard to argue Hurney's late round picks haven't stepped up..

in a few years, I think last year and this year is really going to shine through and change some people's perception..

Completely agreed. Hurney isn't doing it alone, but he obviously is the face of the front office and makes the final decisions. But, credit has to go to Gregory as well.

No problem, and honestly, we moved Richie Incognito to center last year instead of Berger (and richie is a guard) so he's def not the starter..... lol @ him editing his own wikipedia......
