I'd say Shockey if they didn't have him as the official starter. Obviously Olsen is the guy, but if they had any plans of cutting Shockey I don't think they'd have him listed as the starter right now.

CUTS:

Duke Robinson

Nick Hayden

Andre Neblett

David Clowney

Garry Williams

C.J. Davis

Jordan Senn

C.J. Wilson

Possibly Sutton, though I suspect he stays due to Goodson's fumbling issues and injury from today.

I think Wilson and Senn make it, though we've only seen one game.

Absolutely not .. that is a man posessed that can play all 3 positions.

We should not have picked up Shokey but we didn't know we were getting Olsen.

Suprise Cut: Clowney, Hartstock, Sutton, RJ Stanford

Suprise Keeper: Barnidge, Neblett, Martin..maybe?

CJ. Wilson is no suprise cut, he already been cut from this team once. I Like Senn but its gonna be between him and Gaither who makes it...I'm voting it will be Omar Gaither.

Whoever said Edwards and Brown will be cut doesn't know anything about football.

Jesus guys. Some of the names that are being spit out are absurd. Do you actually watch football? Read the newspaper? Read this board, at ALL?

Shockey being cut? stfu

I'm really pulling for either Martin or Wright to make this team. The linebacker situation is interesting just because it is so deep and lots of the guys can make plays on ST. Senn should and will probably make it. If Williams plays like he did last week against Miami that is going to be a tough cut.

Hayden would just leave on his own if he knew how much all really just do not like him. He needs to get cut. Worthless for us. Neblett will probably squeak in, unless we make a signing.

As for CJ Wilson, I just cannot figure the guy out. I have no clue what the staff is going to do with him. We all have a bad taste from what has transpired the last couple of seasons regarding him, but I have a sneaky feeling the coaches actually like him.

Burney needs to be on this team. Yes, I like UNC. Suck it.

And Duke. Ole Duke. Man. I had SUCH I hopes for him when he fell in the draft and we got him. He's been a disappointment. The only thing growing faster than his belly is my disdain for him.

Charlie Martin to make the team.

Surprise cut-- Tony Fiametta:p

There are 3 presiquites for the RBs and the FBs in the coryell offense.:p

1. Power running

2. Strong blocking

3. "Pass receiving" out of the backfield.

I can't ever remember seeing Fiametta catch a ball outcome of the backfield.

doesn't mean he hasn't caught 1 or 3 though.

I wouldn't be surprised if Fiametta is replaced within the next couple seasons, but I wouldn't expect him to be cut because there's not a viable alternative. Unless they plan to do something whacky and retarded like putting Stewart or Shockey in the role :D

He caught one for 13 yds Saturday against the Giants.:nono:

The reasons I said Fiametta will be cut is they won't keep 4 rbs. They can move Sutton

back to FB he has shown he can play the position. Also Hartsock our blocking TE has played FB in the pros before. Sutton and Hartsock combined can fill the FB roll. That way they can carry a 4th TE and keep Sutton and have 2 great receivers at FB.
