Night Fishing...

you know what's lots of fun....

ice fishing at night! you get you a cheap little ice hut, we used to build one every year, 4' X 8' X 4' out of stolen plywood. Regardless of how cold it was, or how bad the wind was, we'd crawl into that little hut with a coleman light and within 15 minutes, you were fishing in your t-shirt! good times.

Any "I wish I knew how to quit you ..." moments?

Add chili for lunch earlier in the day and the possibilities are endless.

Had a 4 foot shark yesterday. The bastard snapped the line after fighting him for 20 minutes when I was less then a foot from having him on shore.

Ha! I was fishing near a local estuary mouth a few months ago, just fishing for sand perch and messing around. Something kept grabbing my line and snapping it in two. Three weeks ago I took a friend back with heavier gear and we landed some good 4 foot leopard sharks.
