Who would you want to go after? What are you looking for right now?

I don't understand this "Madden" attitude about the free agency. We get the pieces we need and go from there. And once Peppers sign the whole sheet, we can go from there. But there isn't a rush. Its just getting started. I know you would prefer for us to be like Washington and Oakland...And make "splashes". But just because you make, splashes doesn't mean you are going to put together a winning season. unless you would prefer to be "Offseason Champs"?

Its very immature for you to look at the offseason as a failure. We gotten a lot of things done this past year and at the beginning of the free agency.

Again...What are you looking for? Its so earlier.

A DE? Chicago hasn't released Adewale Ogunleye which will happen soon, because of he will be up for $4.8 million this season. And there has been rumble in Chicago that he will not make it to camp, because of his price. Bertrand Berry is still out there also.

Another d-tackle? There are some good ones that will be looking for work after being cut. I wish that the organization wasn't so conservative and go after Tank Johnson. He was in a bad situation in Dallas. He isn't a 3-4 type of guy. He is a 4-3 Tampa 2 tackle that gets after it. Very good for a rotation. Shaun Cody is also out there. Robertson is still out there too.

More offensive power? When Holt gets released, I'm sure we will make a move for him. He has made it known that he would love to come home and play for Carolina. That's something that him and his brother has publicly stated.

Backup/competition in the secondary? Dawan Landry, Dre' Bly, Jarrett Bush, and Sammy Knight just to name a few.

Backup offensive lineman? A dime a dozen.

Dude, I, nor anyone else in this thread has said or implied anything remotely close to what I highlighted in red.

The "S" in SMH doesn't stand for stupid. Why would you even assume that if you didn't know the "M" and "H" of the acronym?

Dude, How long have you been a panther fan? because they never make big splashes early if ever in Free agency. And when they have they typically have turned out to be busts

The Panthers usually sign a few FAs, but that's not the point. I was asking if there were any other teams that hadn't sign a single free agent. By no means was I being sarcastic or facetious. Still, that brought on a tirade of people who didn't even bother to read the post, or put any thought behind what they said. Notice all the redundant posts about "Jordan Gross, and Julius Peppers"

Heads up, Jordan Gross and Peppers were never "free agents"

Acronym for 'shake my head' or 'shaking my head.' Usually used when someone finds something so stupid, no words can do it justice. Sometimes it's modified to 'smfh' or 'smmfh' by those that prefer profanity in their internet acronyms.

I know everytime i smh i usually say "stupid" right after
