I hear these comments often and I don't understand them. We haven't been talked about much in the national media as of recent because we haven't been very good. Also, having a private reserved coach (Fox) and owner doesn't exactly make headlines. Have people forgotten how much we were talked about in the years surrounding our Superbowl run. We were the perennial pick to go back the following year. How about just a couple years ago with double trouble - that was all over the news.

I never understand why folks say we are in a small market and aren't talked about in the national media. Now, we have never had a player with the media attention that Cam brings - then again few teams have had this as well.

I sometimes which the "M" in sport media would also stand for maturity. It seems our grown men in the sports media lack a lot of that of late.

He wouldn't. If he does he's still up for it and then the game play will decide.

Be careful what you wish for fellow forumers. Throwing Cam to the wolves week 1 is going to guarantee Clausen playing time when things don't go so well. If Clausen starts the first few weeks and blows himself up, they would probably stick with Cam no matter what from that point forward.
