im on vacation at the moment but I want to shout to Best Buy - I forgot the cable for my camera and needed one, went to BB up here in the North to try and buy a spare, and the salesguy ends up after 15 minutes of looking around giving me a brand new cable out of a camera box for free. Amazed.

I have a friend who works at time warner. He's been there maybe a year. He was promoted out of the call center after like a month. Why you ask? Simply by taking another call as soon as he would finish a customer instead of taking his sweet time to "log back in to their system"

I have been on the phone with them for over an hour and I still do not have a solution to my problem...and guess what. I'm back on hold, and the supervisor is getting ready to leave in a few minutes and the lady I'm on the phone with is trying to change shifts.

Good for you... stick it to those buttholes. I've met like one sales guy EVER at BB that had a brain.

We bought our TV from there and the one they tried to give us had a huge dent in the side of the box. We told them to get us one with no dent in the box. When you're spending 3K on a TV you want it to not have a dent in the box. When you're spending any kind of money you don't want it to be dented.
