Which "NEW" Head Coach is going to have the better season & WHY?

1) Ron Rivera - Carolina :cheers2:

2) Pat Shurmur - Cleveland

3) Jason Garrett - Dallas

4) John Fox - Denver

5) Leslie Frazier - Minnesota

6) Hue Jackson - Oakland

7) Jim Harbaugh - San Fran

8) Mike Munchak - Tennessee

Added #3 & #5 due to this being technically their first true season.

I know some would say "Homer" but I truly think Ron Rivera has the best chance to be a good long term HC due to the style he wants to put in place and the assistants he has.

HOWEVER, If I was not able to choose him I would say Cleveland has a good chance with their running game (Peyton Hillis) and their QB (Colt Mccoy) that seems to be making the correct moves to become a better QB.
