Arsenal will also announce signing of Gary Cahill either Monday or Tuesday (much needed help on defense). Midfielder for Arsenal is still unknown. But rumors has it that Nicolas Bendtner will be swapt for Evertons Mikel Arteta and Arsenal will sign M'Vila for 22m. Also reported that Arsenal is targeting Real Madrids LB Raul Albiol. If Arsenal manages to sign all of these players, they should be safe for the rest of the season.

Alex is 29 so I doubt Wenger will pay 10m for him. Wenger would rather pay 15m for 25 year old. If we get M'Villa and Cahill our D will be nasty. But we would still need 1 more midfielder... I guess Wenger hoping for Wilshere to be back soon.

looks like Mertesacker to Arsenal. I like Cahill more but this is a solid move for the gunners. Let's see if we can get a really good midfieler in the next 24 hours.
