Been a united fan for almost a decade now, by far the worst performance I have ever seen. I said all last year that Evans is trash, I dont know why he continues to get picked over Phil Jones who has been outstanding this year. That siad, I think balotelli made a lot of that tackle, shirt and arm pulling happens worse than that all the time and no foul gets called if the player doesnt go to ground. IMO not enough to really force a strong guy like balotelli to go down. Its sad how the team, besides rooney, pretty much quit on that game after the 4th goal. I also dont get why welbeck got the nod over chicharito, welbeck hasnt been as good as he was before he picked up that injury. Biggest thing united need is an actual inventive midfielder. Anderson can only use his left foot, carrick lacks decision and vision to make a killer pass, and fletch will never be more than a holding midfielder. Cleverly needs to come back soon and/or united need to look hard at Sneijder or Hamsik or modric, if he can still be had, in the january window.

Newcastle gets a point in Old Trafford after an amazing 10 man stand in the last minutes. Man U spent the last 10 minutes in the Newcastle penalty area but couldn't get anything past - except for Chicarito's offside.

Man U got ripped off... That was a great tackle by Ferdinand and not a penalty.

This is somewhat irrelevant and I don't even follow soccer that much, plus I'm sure most of you know about this place already, but for those who don't:

They always have the games playing, there are usually a couple extremely entertaining British people in there, AND they have amazing food to top it off.

Le bf and I have gone there twice for breakfast. Go in there on a Saturday morning, you can get some bangers and mash, or delicious farm fresh eggs and thick cut bacon so thick you think you would have a heart attack after eating. Absolutely delicious. Pretty decently priced too, like $5-6 per plate.
