decent Friday night

Just grilled up some bacon-wrapped king mackerel nuggets drenched in Jack Daniels barbecue sauce, heading over to a buddy's to drink about 12 different beers and talk sheet about our wives. Sleeping in tomorrow and then heading somewhere to watch the game tomorrow night. More beer may be involved.

Work 12 hours tomorrow. Figured the only way to prepare for that was with beer. So yes it is a decent Friday night.

Just tried a new recipe. Actually pretty good.

Kings aren't my favorite fish to eat but I have a freezer full of that bastid's from this summer so just trying some new recipes. Still good blackened, or marinated in italian dressing and grilled.
