What say you guys? I prefer a full C or D, but when it comes to teens, as long as they are showing willingness and effort I'll let it slide sometimes.

I saw a girl today at an intersection. She couldn't have been more than 15, and what she was wearing I would not call clothing. She was basically wearing bootie shorts and nothing more than a bra and a hot-pink "tank top" that was cut at the side and was more like a small shawl than anything. I'm not very old, but that was one of the few recent moments where I have felt old and disgusted by youth.

Teens should be flat chested. I wasn't creeped out until one of my friends started dating a 17 year old highschool chick. She dumped him right before prom.
