I'm a fan of every player on this roster and I hope all those that can play on Saturday make plays and shine in their own right.

I don't understand the emphasis being placed on the further development of Jimmy Clausen with the 1st team?

Training camp reps are zero sum.

Whatever reps 1 QB gets with the 1st team is one less rep another QB cannot have.

I feel like its a slowing down Cam's develop allowing Clausen to get/ 'steal' valueable 1st team reps in practice and in games.

I certainly hope Jimmy plays better this preseason compared to last. With the bar set that low,if he throws a TD in the preseason he will be way ahead of last year.

Cam needs to be in there playing at the beginning of the 2nd quarter at the latest. Hopefully, he'll be in there after the 2nd or 3rd offensive series in the 1st quarter.

they'll probably get switched out as frequently as they did in TC so each guy gets equal time in with and against the first string.
