I can give you a rundown of kinda what I eat daily. For breakfast when I get to work I go next door to the coffee shop and get a large latte with skim milk. No flavoring, just plain. Then around 1pm we usually pick somewhere to get something usually a sandwich, small bag of chips and water, some days it might be fast food. I get the combo, usually large and get the bottled water. All I drink is water. I never drink soda at all unless I am at a gathering and people are drinking and then I will drink rum and coke. If not nothing but water. I usually drink about a gallon a day easy.

When I get home I might have a snack before dinner, hand full of bagel chips, or some pistachios, or some hummus, or maybe a slice or two of blue cheese. Something like that. Then a sensible dinner with some sort of protein, some sort of vegetable, and maybe some kind of bread but we dont do alot of bread. Then before bed I have a chocolate dipped bannana, I love those things, I get them in the frozen dept at harris teeter, and thats a typical day. If thats really bad then, Im screwed.

ok..now I'm really hungry...and the chocolate dipped banana?? omg yum! never heard of them but I'm going to look for them next time I'm in there. How many come in a box or can you buy them individually?

cuz i'm smart

seriously though i just observe actions. people that will wait on close parking spots longer amounts of time than what would take them to walk a little further. not going a couple parking spots away to put buggies in the corrals and instead leaving them between cars. taking an elevator instead of 1 flight of stairs. i see these things very regularly and know some of the people that have done these and other things that make it obvious they are unwilling to exert more effort than what they have to.

I do some of these things currently. I am overweight.

I also took a terrible spill three weeks ago and banged up my knee something awful. Nothing broken, but I will have an MRI soon to determine what is going on. A 30-minute slow shopping trip to Target - my first since the fall - just about killed me the other night. Under doctor's orders, I must limit my use of stairs right now. Admittedly, I try to limit them anyway mostly because previous injuries (a car accident in which my leg was slammed in the car door, which literally ended up bent around my leg) that cause some instability. I'm afraid of falling.

You would never know by looking that I have an injury. I'm not on crutches, I don't have a cast or even a brace (and even if I did, it would be under my pants leg). Most times, unless I've been sitting a long time, I don't even limp. So, tell me how you KNOW enough about me that if you saw me doing those things, you could conclude that I'm just another lazy fat slob who doesn't care?

i don't judge by single actions. unless its not returning your buggy to the coral.

you sure are easily offended.

I'm not offended ... I guess I'm trying to get you to understand that you don't know people ... individuals. That you can't know them just by watching them park and get out of their cars. That you don't know their stories. That you can't, or shouldn't, judge them based on that because you can't know.

Do I do it? Absolutely. But, I try very hard not to. I try to remember that I don't walk in their shoes, I don't know their lives, their trials, their tribulations, their pain.

Of course, I want to scream those things at the top of my lungs when I see people look at me like you probably would look at me ... but I let it go because I know it's human nature to judge. I can't let what they may, or may not, think of me change me or worry me. I got enough junk in my life to worry about; don't need some stranger's judgment added to it.
