My one weakness is late night binging. I do pretty good during the day. Breakfast is usually bannanas and orange juice, lunch is a salad or sub, and I usually eat a moderate dinner.

But after 9pm, if there are any snacks in the house, they are mine. And eating that late is the worst time to binge.

lol sounds just like me!!!

So controlled in the day but at night I'm pulling out the cereal, making brownies or cookies! it's terrible!

The calorie in vs calorie out thing is not usually too difficult for me foodwise when I try. The beer is the real killer. Any diet that involves no beer is usually tossed out the window.

All the weight I've lost.. I have still partaken in adult beverages..yes I cut way back in the amount I was drinking, but I still drink..I'm not giving up my wine.

But I also don't mind admitting that I like looking hot. My husband likes it, it makes me more confident and it makes shopping for clothes more fun. Some people say caring about the way you look makes you shallow but that's not all I care about but I do derive some happiness from it.

I just started really getting into srs working out in January and I am very pleased with the results.

I wasn't liking the way I had a little muffin top and the way I looked in a bathing suit.

Its amazing how much of a difference getting off my ass and not being lazy can make. Also paying attention to what and how much I am eating. Kickboxing+weight classes= I am finally to a point where I enjoy the way I look.

Gaining weight in my face was a big thing b/c I was just unhappy with pictures.

Also a bigtime night snacker.

Yeah, you should know it is for yourself....

if you aren't then good for you for using that for motivation but yeah in the end you are the one it affects most.

everyone has their little insecurities about their appearance though, some people just blow it up into bigger ones.
