Seriously though, I've wondered if our approach to training, lifting, etc., has anything to do with the amount of injuries our team suffers each year compared to others.

It just seems extremely disproportionate.

We have more young talent at that position than any other so just chill out, he'll be back next year. ACL tears arnt that bad anymore, he'll rehab and be fine. He's not gong to lose any speed and if anything he'll work on his catching.

Just saw that the Bills are looking to shop Lee Evans for a late pick. Would be a nice deep threat stop gap to replace Gettis this year. Seeing as Edwards, Pilaris, and Lafell don't really fell that deep threat void.

I agree it sucks, but there's a bright side, in that now we might be able to stash him on IR for the season, and still keep most everyone else at WR. Maybe it was a case of bad deal for Gettis, but a break in the long run for the team and coaching staff.
