JMO, I thought Pilares was gonna make it regardless... I'm assuming unless we trade for/sign another WR, Clowney may have just made the roster. Wouldn't count out Martin or Wright yet for that last spot either.

Yeah sucks for Gettis personally. Speed was his strength last year, not a terribly great route runner. Like a superior Drew Carter. If it is an ACL, I really hope his speed can recover. Still extremely young though.

Are we really flipping out about an injury to a likely 3rd string receiver? I mean, I love Gettis and think he's going to be great in the long term, but we have equal talent behind him in Lafell and Edwards.

If a starter is injured, it's one thing, but please don't start breaking down when a backup gets hurt or this will be a very long season.

I thought there was a decent chance of him being the #2. If you look at it like that, we've lost 2 starters for the season just in the past week of freaking training camp alone. Haven't even played a preseason snap yet. Irritating as hell.
