Gettis done for the season

He probably thinks the Seahawks got a steal paying Whitehurst 10 mil over 2 years and giving up a pick for him

$60mil, a probowler, and a pick? Sure, Kolb's 7 starts in the NFL warrant that. Damn, Cardinals got a steal

irrelevant.

We talkn trading for a Veteran Pro-Bowl Receiver for a 4th round pick and you bringing up Whitehurst and Kolb. Attention ***** you are. You showed me how soft you were when you licked the first shot off at me but didn't say my name.

Talknbout "new brand of Panthers fan" is that the best you got bro?

Listen my man, if there are say 150 active WR's in the NFL, Lee Evans is in the top 25-30.

That means he's NOT THE BEST BUT HE IS STILL ON THE BOTTOM HALF OF THE TOP NOTCH RECEIVERS IN THE LEAGUE. Tell me I'm lyin so I can post active WR stats to make you back down.

We can do this all day. You can talk tough cuz you been on the site longer, I'll just post facts to counter your attention whoring rants.

Lee Evans is a top notch receiver in the NFL. The only reason he doesn't get his due is because he has been stuck in Buffalo in 1 of the toughest divisions the last decade.

Combined regular season results for the AFC North from '01-'10

Bills: 62-98-0

Dolphins: 75-85-0

Jets: 82-78-0

Patriots: 121-39-0

Two teams 10 or more games under .500 with one team 4 games over .500 and the Patriots.

Combined W/L w/o Pats for those 10 years: 219-261-0

W/ Pats: 340-300-0

I can't help but think that the only thing tough about that division is the Patriots. The Jets have recently become a force once again but Buffalo and Miami (with the exception of a couple of seasons) have done a pretty good job of making the division look like ass.

On topic: Noooooooo Gettis :( lafell, Edwards, clowney, Pilares step it up! D:<

mods can we get some banage action here, tia

Why would that be necessary?

I'm by far the most objective poster on these boards.

Matt Ryan is about the 20th best QB in the league.

Cam Newton will be best QB in division in 2 or 3 years.

So after 2 weeks of training camp you guys are writing off a rookie had over 30 catches in a deplorable offense while learning and playing the 1 2 and 3 last year? LaFell is far from the horrible player some of you dream about in your Gettis LaFell David Goliath fantasy. It's not like LaFell is this evil genius out to sabotage Gettis' career.

Naanee is more likely to grab the spot, of course a 5th year receiver coming from the offense of our OC is going to have a leg up on a 2nd year who just got the playbook a couple of months ago. . probably. The fact of the matter is it sucks that we lost a wr with great potential for the season, but still have plenty of young weapons with good potential that need more testing and learning.

Oh and. . I dont think Ive ever heard anyone hyping LaFell on here. . . or it's rare if it happens at all. Most seem to like that joke at him or with him about his slang. I personally am just one of those people who likes LaFell the more that people count him out. . . just like Jimmeh.
