A Edwards should have spot on the active roster

That's not disliking AE, that's merely voicing one's concerns. Zod actually went to camp, and assuming he wasn't scoping out fat chicks, which is a rather large assumption, he saw AE in action and came away with his analysis on Edward's abilities THUS FAR.

Now where are the pics of the fat chicks?

I understand that we really don't know who is going to do what until they start getting smacked around. I have not been to camp but every shred of information I have been able to gather indicates that Edwards is having a much better camp than last year. Whether that improvement shows up at game time has yet to be seen.

I'm not sure how someone could take away from my post "I don't like Armanti"

Sorry, I like Armanti as much as any other non starter on the team. I hope they improve and become starters, it only helps the team. But until they show something on the field, which Armanti has not done, I am going to remain in a wait and see mode.

Saying Edwards should be our number 2 receiver without ever making an impact in an actual game is being a bit of an App homer.

Being nice doesn't get you a starting spot. Taking advantage of given opportunities and producing results does.

I hope AE does take advantage and does grab the starting spot. It would only help our team. But for now, he is a 4th stringer at best.

Can't you at least let the guy get a game under his belt before you relinquish him to his role as a 4th receiver. You are marginalizing him just like Fox did.

The key for Edwards will be making the roster as a wide receiver more so than as a kickoff returner unless he turns into a Steve Smith or Devin Hester kind of returner. We have plenty of guys who can return punts. And really for a decent to good one you only have to average 7-12 yards a return. So unless you are a great one, it won't keep you on the roster. But if you are a legitimate slot receiver and you can field punts well, you have a winning combination and stand a good chance of making the team.

AE needs to play his frickin heart out this preseason. He knows whats up. I also hope that given Gettis' injury, it doesn't make him complacent.
