Spotting a fake Panthers authentic jersey?

I am not in the mood to pay the NFL $300 for an authentic jersey, but I have no problem with people that do.... their perrogative. I wanted a Cam jersey and wasn't sure about the #1 situation, so I got one off weiketrade for $25. Surely a $25 jersey looks like poo, right?? Wrong. I'd have to hold it up beside a true NFL authentic, but I'm pleased with it. I checked online after receiving it and the color schemes, stitching, and screened logo are all legit. If anyone wants to spend their time sweating my jersey up and down like a Jerseyologist, that too, is their business. There was definitely a risk that it would be an obvious hack job, but for $25, worst case, I'm out $25..... very solid risk/reward.

I got the black one Savage. I have a white Smitty already, and though I think the white is classic, I went with the black. For some reason, I didn't want to risk the blue with a knock-off site.

i am here to put all your worries to rest. i purchased the blue fake 50$ ebay newton jersey the other week. numbers and names are sewn on and very nice. the panthers logo is also printed on the sleeve in an acceptable quality.

the obvious this isn't real flaws

the color is most definitely a carolina tar heel blue.

the rings on the sleeves are all equal size rather than the black wider silver narrow.

other than that its not a bad jersey at all. if the color of blue kills it for you then get a black or white. i can't imagine they can mess up black or white that much. everything else about it isn't bad at all.

The blue is off on alot, not all though, Panther Jersey's because the chinese are using the same material on the Powder blue San Diego Charger jersey's.

Look close at the pics, some are electric blue or close enough and can be found out there.

I'll post a pic of my Newton when I get a chance. I would be very hesitant to order a fake alternate blue because the color is so specific to our team, that these knock-off places rarely put out a good fake. The black I got is sick and am pondering ordering more off the website.

Fakes are made out of Poly, and some fakes are made out of Poly but say they are made out of Nylon on the tag. Chinese counterfeit everything, just matters on the level quality they come from.

they told me some are made out of nylon ,while some mesh .you pay for what you get . i get it just turns out to be awesome for me for $25 to get my #1

I have no problem with knock off jerseys, the only thing that gets me is the blue is ALWAYS wrong. I have yet to see a good site that makes Panther jerseys with the correct blue. I'd rather get a replica jersey than a tarheel blue sewn one. If anyone has one, please post it up.

You can get "fake" authentic's on EBay for 50 bucks. Better then the painted on stuff. Look up Cam Newton Panthers Jersey on E-Bay. Also, they have Sam Mills jerseys on there for cheap as well.
