How soon is too early to pick up Michael Vick?

So, I picked up Michael Vick last year from waivers, and it basically saved my team. I would guess he would be even better this year with the initial post-jail year behind him.

When do you think he should be taken in Fantasy Leagues?

Depends on scoring. If he is there in the 2nd round (I pick 4 in a serpentine so 20th in the 2nd) I am taking him.
