Carolina and Denver in Trade Talks for Peppers......**RUMOR**

The way this probably happening (if it is) is that the Broncos offered Pep a Contract, with what they are willing to give as far as compensation in a trade. If Pep likes the contract his agent then goes to Hurney and tells him what they are offering. Then if Hurney doesn't like the terms he may offer a counter offer then Peps agent will in turn offer it to the Broncos. So in a sense it is just trade talks with a middle man.

This is HILARIOUS.....You all sound like you are negotiating out a deal for Pep with the GM from Denver. Dungeons & Dragons Warhorse must be loving this!! Make sure to inform the Richardsons once you have a deal worked out!

We are fixing to offer you to Vancouver.

So if Denver really did want another pass rush option and used their first rounder on Orakpo instead of trading it to us for Peppers would that be a smarter thing to do?? Nobody that comes out to play OLB in a 3-4 is already a converted project...they are ALL 4-3 DEs when they come out of college. So what exactly makes Peppers any different other than the fact that he is already stronger, faster, and more accustomed to the NFL than a 2009 first round draft pick?

These guys are FREAK athletes (especially Pep) and to say that he can't switch systems and be succesful is retarded. That is like saying that Demarcus Ware could NEVER come to Carolina and play 4-3 DE...He would probably be one of the best in the league because like I said he is a freak. These guys know no boundaries when it comes to physical abilities on the football field. Thats why they are in the NFL...

Correct, they are pretty much all conversions. So do you take the chance that a 30 YO 4-3 DE can convert and spend not only a #1 but also a veteran sized contract to find out if he can, or a rookie sized contract on a guy who is 8 years younger to find out if he can? I also never said Pep COULD NOT do it, I merely was saying that it would be amazing if another team would spend that much to find out. and I DEFINITELY don't think Pep could be a 3-4 2-gap DE (assuming they install that type of 3-4 in Den which they may not) and I have said that several times. I'm really not sure if he could be any type of 3-4 DE. So what would they do with him if he can't convert?

You holier than thou guys, looking down on the masses are the ones that make me laugh the loudest. I'm guilty of it too from time to time and laugh at myself as well. But you guys sound serious, and that's truly funny...
