Preseason game numero uno

Recommended Posts

Plain and simple, we are not ready to compete, so im looking forward to the first pre season game next year. We are too young of a team to miss half of camp from the lockout and cam isnt ready, jimmy will never be ready, and DA shouldnt even be here.... We have no corners worth a poo and pooty o line depth, as well as pooty DT depth. Nothing about this years team is exciting yet.

Remember if you're going to commit suicide, slice your wrists vertically.

You should probably go hibernate until then.

I want to see the reaction when Cam tucks it and breaks off a 10 yard run for a first down. I can't remember the last time we had a QB that could do that. Have we ever really had one?

I also want to see Derek Anderson and how he operates in the offense considering he has the most experience. I like him and think he's young enough to actually contribute to this team winning games.

I also want to see if Clausen has improved at all from last year.

more than anything i want to see focus. i want to see guys not making doofus mistakes because they simply weren't paying attention. if zod's reports are correct, guys seem to be sort of lackadaisical, not really taking everything seriously... i want to see determination and sharpness, guys with their heads in the game. this will be a huge reflection on the abilities of rivera and the coaching staff.

and i'm not going to expect it, but if we have an epic blowout game like the preseason against the redskins a few years ago i am going to fap uncontrollably for at least an hour.

- NO INJURIES!

...

- Cam at QB, obviously

- The WR's (Armanti, Naanee, Pilares)

- The OL/running game

- Greg Olsen

- The secondary

Also, it's going to be interesting to see how the defense as a whole performs. The entire unit has been without Beason and various others for so long it's really tough to say how they have or haven't played to this point.

umm our o line is great, it was in 08 and still is, it just got injured last year, meaning that our backups got experience so we should have even better depth :hat:

4 minutes ago - by Alex Raskin - Depth turning into an issue at cornerback

After losing CB Bruce Johnson (Achilles') and CB Prince Amukamara in two days, CB Aaron Ross admitted that depth is a "big issue" at the position. Ross said the Giants CBs get "nicked up" often because of all the press coverage that they do. CB Corey Webster, CB Terrell Thomas, CB Michael Coe and Ross project as the Week 1 CBs. Giants RapidReports

Should help a little I think. Nice to take it easy on the rooks in that phase at least.
