Perhaps, but somehow our Steve Smith has managed to put 9000 receving years on the board in 10 years. No doubt in my mind SM (Giants) is a better pro than Jarrett who was selected 6 picks earlier than SM Giants.

you think jake would have thrown to him?

oh...and cotchery was on the PUP list and had failed his physical. he had surgery on his back in the offseason and it hasn't been healing as fast as they hoped.

cotchery got released because he wanted released. rex ryan was trying to talk him into staying.

Why do u assume Legadu is just waiver-wire fodder? Because u declare it its true? Have u ever watched him play? He had some good games last year. He is big physical and fast.

Naane is damned near 28 years old, and is more used to the pine ( in this case, aluminum)than the field. There are more than a "big physical and fast" receivers in the NFL. It's not like teams were rushing to steal him from under everyone elses' noses. I am not saying that he doesn't provide limited benefit, but dude is what he is, a journeyman back-up.

And, yes, I have seen him play in limited action. Gettis and Lafell are at least twice as exciting.
