Who's going to Monday's (8/8) Practice?

Hmmm....I might be heading up there. I'm moving in to USC in a week and that could be a cool way to spend an evening. Some questions for those who have been:

-I've seen pictures showing fans sitting in stands and some where they're standing/sitting in grass. What's seating like/is there any?

-Do they do anything before or after?

-How long does it last?

Any other information you have for a first-timer would be greatly appreciated.
