Godfrey should be re-signed. He is the most physical safety we have at the moment. I would love for them to keep Conner around, but who knows, he probably want's to start and that wouldn't happen on this team unless we switch to 3-4.

Wallace Wright and Mackenzy ..... *shrugs shoulders*

we really should trade Connor.

We aren't going to do that ridiculous stunt of moving Beason to WLB again if Davis goes down. For one reason I don't think it worked out as well. For another we have two guys that can play the WLB spot now with Wilson and Gaither.

I'm sure Connor would love to be starting somewhere and making more money.

We're going to let him walk next year for nothing.

We should trade the guy even if we just get a 3rd rounder back for him. Ideally we could get him straight up for a DT or CB, or package him with a pick for better player/2nd rounder.

I'd start shopping Connor now just to feel out interest although there's probably not a huge amount of demand. Wait until week 4-6 when some team is devastated by injuries at the position and desperate as hell. Then you can really bend them over in a trade.

1. Godfrey is a must resigning in my opinion, he is a lot better than everyone gives him credit it for. He looked bad last year because he was having to play deep with the inability of Gamble, Marshall, and every other corner's inability to cover.

lol at Godfrey looking bad because of Gamble's inability to cover. I like Godfrey too, and also believe he gets an unfairly bad rap but it isn't because of Gamble. Gamble can cover just fine.

Let's hope its a team that needs a LB and has some position that they are deep in and we are weak in.

Well, at least he's not being cheap. Sheesh. Some people will never be happy.

Well I never said jr or hurney was cheap. The only "fans" saying that were ones with short memories.

Most of us know that hurney has consistently overpaid to retain his own players and in free agency.
