Be Prepared to Lose Some Players (NFL Wide HGH Testing)

This is not the MLB...... Our players are not juicing....

please, HGH has been just as big in the NFL as MLB over recent years. Just b/c guys ain't caught and it isn't in the news doesn't mean it hasn't been going down.

If players agreed to it, then they had to be smart enough to add it while giving enough notice for the users to get off before they could be busted.

Didn't we think that about our OL in 2003? Or Steussie in 2004? Or Wesley Walls? Or Peppers and Buckner with ephedra? I don't think we will necessarily lose players...but damn. If the league doesn't want some of this stuff, then that means they don't want freakish athletes, which bring revenue. Seems bad for business.

Swag Newton....dude is just too big

If somebody told me TRD would comment on this, I would have guessed his response would be Newton. I think Newton probably takes massive amounts of creatine, but that isn't illegal. I don't think there is anything illegal about him. Although, I could be wrong.

If we lost Newton, our fan base would lose their minds.

Peppers would be a repeat offender..good thing we didn't resign him(not saying he's using HGH, but i wouldn't be surprised)

The most common use of PEDs comes from people coming back from injury or trying to get their career back(Kenny Powers!)..hopefully our guys are clean but you never know.

Based on your title, I almost think you have suspicions about who we might lose.

I honestly have no idea, as I've not watched the guys bulk up closely enough.... but I hope we don't lose anybody.

I mean, if any of us look, I'm sure we could rattle off a few names of guys we think would be most likely on our team to get caught... But, I don't have anyone in particular in mind, and I wouldn't want to accuse anyone of it either.

This is not the MLB...... Our players are not juicing....

I'm willing to bet when fans looked at guys like Todd Sauerbrun and Kevin Donnaley from our Super Bowl team, they would've thought the same thing then...

Once HGH testing is rampant and successful, they scientist will just make something different that can't be detected.

then some other scientist will find a way to detect it, and testing for that will become rampant and successful, all while new PEDs become available etc.

just how it goes. if you want a clean league, you work with what you can to keep it clean.
