As long as he helps the others by helping them with the offense, is all that matters.

We have plenty of mentors on the team already.

last year he had a chance to start you damn right he aint going to help mentor....if you let him know before hand he has no chance to start but he can be like a coach in a uniform and still get a pay check i think he will play it differently

If youre a journyman QB and youre being traded to a team that has a QB that may run a lot and possibly get hurt, I can see how it might look like a nice opening. Its way to early for me to speculate since I know jack chit about it, but Id like to hear more of these stories from Cleveland now.

If it was in his character to be selfish last year then there is a chance that is worse than we think. Course, theres a chance that the situation he was in just sucked and warranted it.

Another QB who had one decent year that people teams try to bring in thinking he is suitable for whatever role we have for him.

If he couldn't keep his job from Brady Quinn, we has nothing to worry about.

And Kurt Warner was kicked to the curb before being signed by the Cardinals.....what's you point.

Anderson wasn't brought into AZ to be a mentor to Skeleton....he was brought in to compete for the starting job. Different scenario.

I would call Anderson more of a playbook tudor for meetings.
