ESPN First Take: Panthers third best in off-season moves

More patriot nutslurp. They become the land of misfit toys and people praise them for it. Anyone else taking Ocho or Haynesworth (or even Mallett in the draft for that matter) would be taking a 'gamble' or 'risk' but when Belichik does it 'it's genius!'. I swear people would buy his piss off ebay.

Explain exactly how they were hating as usual. I watched that piece on First Take and there wasn't much hate of Carolina going on there.

Didn't see it, but for anyone to not give us a top 2 spot is ridiculous. The pats got an overweight loser and an old me 1st wr. Hugging the pats nuts like usual. So now your hating on me hating on the panthers haters.

But at a time both of those players were extremely good AP players. Now the Pats got another star wr to pair with Tom Brady (remember him and Moss in '07? bet you do). Chad still has plenty of gas in the tank I find it funny people are still factoring in age with Chad when many did that with Moss then he went and had a 22 TD catch season. And now he has a fresh start with one of the best coaches in the league. Haynesworth may or may not produce I'm betting he does though just because the Pats are always a threat to go to the super bowl.

Anyways I don't think ESPN is really saying anything bad I mean we were a 2-14 team and to be the 3rd best team during this FA period which was the craziest Free agency I've ever witnessed is pretty damn good.

I don't see how anyone can be nonpartisan and not list the Panthers in the top five most improved teams.

we basically have the same team but with an upgrade at TE......and Cam. We did well in FA by not losing talent (we had a lot to potentially lose) but it is hard to put us in the most improved based off of what is on paper.
