Not much to choose from to be honest. I'd rather let someone that's already in the roster take a crack at it. Let Hogan recover fully, then draft a top 5 CB next year.

Plus, they're only two decent QBs in the division and one plays for y'all.

So CB play isn't exactly a must.

Hayden would still be our best option at #2 corner. Honestly, I don't think Rivera has any clue how weak our secondary is in a division with three of the best quarterbacks in the league. Mistake #1 for Ron, he's worried about finding a 3rd string QB but he isn't gonna address this glaring need. Get Hayden, he can adapt.

Rivera ain't Fox.

Rivera knows pressure makes good CBs. Rivera knows a lack of pressure will turn just about everyone outside of 5-7 CBs in the NFL into crap pending there is decent QB play.

Every year there is an obvious position of need we completely ignore.

CB seems to be that spot this year.

Teams are really worried about his neck, theres a reason he hasn't been signed yet. Granted he's an easy upgrade over what we have behind Gamble if hes healthy. And I can imagine he can't command a high price.

big problem with hayden is injuries...as in he has a lot of them. i can understand us not wanting to go after a CB that is more than likely not going to be able to finish the season.

he hasn't been able to play whole season since 2007. he's missed at least 5 games every year since then. they should be able to find someone more reliable and just as talented in the cuts coming up. that no team seems particularly interested should let people know he isn't as good a prospect as many in here think. must be too many red flags.
