I've been hearing a lot about ALL the QBs accuracy.

With Cam in particular since he will be our starter, is there a difference in his accuracy on different drops (3-5-7, rollouts, shotgun/under center, etc) and different routes (timing routes/option routes, scrambles/pocket throws, under/over 10 yards, progressions, sideline routes/middle of field, etc)

Rolling right seems to be his weakest point. Probably because, for a right handed QB, it is easy for it to sail on you rolling that way. It's easier mechanically, but that might be why it is troublesome for him. He doesn't want to put as much effort into it, so it kind of floats. Now rolling left is another monster.

I will tell you this of his accuracy in last night's practice...he threw a VERY quick wheel route to LaFell. I am talking 1 step drop and throw (guess he read it early and KNEW it'd be there). LaFell didn't notice the blitz pre-snap, so he wasn't looking for the ball. Basically, Cam hit LaFell in the helmet, in stride, at full speed. It was a thing of beauty.

Not sure what you mean by wheel route. If Cam took a 1 step drop, it's unlikely LaFell had time to run a wheel route.

Yes. Go Route ...Blitz came...had 1-1 coverage. It was perfectly thrown.

I did see him throwing off his back foot a little too much for my liking. Also worked him out of the shotgun more than I would have liked to have seen.

Tough to really tell to much when the D knows they are going to pass. Lineman rush... backs drop into coverage.

I didn't really see him sail too many passes. Did see a one hop on an out though.
