Never really explained. It was originally attributed to the budget but it seemed a little deeper than that to me.

You can tell Gantt misses covering the Panthers. He's willing to interact with fans and give his opinions, even though he's not getting paid for it anymore. And for him to travel to Spartanburg and endure the heat speaks volumes about his dedication. I wish they would hire him back.

Probably one reason Jimmy had a lot of his passes that were somewhat accurate picked off. His velocity of his throws and the speed of his release is just not up to NFL caliber yet.

I've heard Gantt on The Bottom Line radio show. I think he did an excellent job there. I wouldn't mind if he did more radio in the future.
