Derek Anderson? (Per ESPN's Clayton)

Derek Anderson struggled in Arizona, granted but look at what he had to work with? Obv he had 3 great WR's in Fitz, Boldin and Breaston, but outside of that, he had no TE's and no running game. Derek is NOT a good enough QB to do well in an offense that calls 75% of their plays as pass plays. Now with us, he would have 1 pro bowl WR, 2 pro bowl caliber TE's, arguably the best rushing attack in the nfl when healthy, and one of the top Olines in the NFL(also when healthy, lookin at u Otah). I don't expect him to come in and replicate the 3800 yrd 29/19 season he had in '08, but with a balanced attack and enough weapons, I don't see why he couldnt hae a 2800 yrd, 20/17 statline this season, and take us to the playoffs. Give Cam a year to sit and learn, I think it will give him a much higher chance to succeed in the long run if he can learn the game at his own pace.
