(Check out my tweets at twitter.com/tvisgreat first off.)

- Crazy amount of people with Auburn jerseys on. Maybe 100 total.

- Hotter cheerleaders than last year.

- Mood 10x what it was last year. More people and more excited people. This coming off a 2-14 season too.

- Saw Richardson, looks great.

- When Cam came on to that field, it was something special. People just went nuts for him and Cam acknowledged all the fan support by smiling and raising his finger high in the air.

- 17 cameras were there including ESPN and all 17 were trained on the offense, 0 on the defense.

- Awkward Clausen moment: The first time he was taken out for Cam, he had just missed very low in a pass into the turf and you could hear the cover band playing "Don't Stop Believin'" from the plaza outside the stadium. That has to be Clausen's theme song as he battles to save his job.

- When they miss, Clausen misses low, Cam misses high, and Pike always misses everybody period. Pike sucks and probably won't make the team.

- Cam made Garry Williams jump like an idiot when he was doing his first hard count early in practice. Fans/players laughed at him.

- Cam is awesome at dribbling a football like a basketball.

- The secondary was working on mainly everything I wanted to see: Lots of press coverage and interception catching practice

- The offensive line is so far ahead of the defensive line it's ridiculous. It was hard to see the d-line most of the time, but it looked like their coach was getting on them and then Beason seemed to make them run sprints at the end of practice.

- Everything Cam does from the way he moves, the way he throws, the way he carries himself on the field when he's just standing and waiting...it's all done so so well.

- I can throw a better pass than Nick Hayden can. God those things were ugly.

- Kendrick Burney made a great pick matched up on Pilares off a pretty poorly thrown ball from Pike.

- Ron Rivera is the spitting image of Edward James Olmos from Battlestar Galactica.

- Andre Neblett fell on his ass a lot and overpursued ala Stanley McClover a lot. He and Pike were the LVPs.

- RJ Stanford can't catch an interception to save his life and got burned by 89 routinely.

- No special package for Cam that I saw, he was running the exact plays Clausen was. I hope and expect that will change. Also, he only scrambled on one play and boy does he have A+ pocket presence and escapability.

- As everyone was saying, Armanti looked spectacular and stuck out more than anyone else. Did great in both receiving and returns.

- Lots of direct snap plays to 89 on end-arounds.

- Other random players that looked excellent: Sutton, Goodson, Pilares

- Cam's favorite receiver was 89, Clausen's was the checkdown which usually meant Shockey.

- Clausen had a particularly rough sequence where he fumbled, tripped, had miscommunication with receiver, and a couple of errant passes all in about 6 plays.

- Cam did not end particularly well. Not bad, just mediocre. He started out looking like a world-beater but tapered off near the end.

- 89 looked extremely comfortable, relaxed, and happy.

- Cam signed more autographs than just about anyone and was one of the last players off the field. And HOLY GOD did people go nuts trying to get his autograph. People were screaming at the top of their lungs for him, one guy held his kid in the air over the rail to try to get his attention, people were jumping and up and down like he was Jesus or Barack Obama circa 2008. When Cam left one side of the field to sign more on the other side, people ran Usain Bolt style to the other side too. I saw one middle-aged guy practically tackle a girl about 10 and did not stop to apologize or anything, he just had to get to Cam so badly.

And them's my notes. Questions?

EXCELLENT wrap-up!

I hope that any and everybody that is fortunate enough to go to these practices should do the same thing or add maybe something that they saw to this...

It's one thing to read tweets, but u gave us the mood and everything. U truely made me feel as if I were there myself!

Awesome job! Swag and Pi

And the same to anybody who does the same thing after going to a practice...

First off, nice recap...thanks.

- No special package for Cam that I saw, he was running the exact plays Clausen was. I hope and expect that will change. Also, he only scrambled on one play and boy does he have A+ pocket presence and escapability.

I think this is a huge factor. Even if he doesn't rush that much, if you can prolong a play for a few extra seconds by being good at escaping (ala McNabb in his prime) that will give you extra points on a regular basis and is huge.

- Ron Rivera is the spitting image of Edward James Olmos from Battlestar Galactica.

From now on, I refer to the other NFC South team as those frakkin cylon lovers.

I asked Catman too, but I'm trying to get a general idea of how he looked - but what did you think of Smitty?

Has he lost a step? Is he just getting by on veteran experience/understanding?

Also, how did Pilares look?

BTW, thanks for the tweet back about Cam v. Clausen... After what Rivera said post-practice though, I think people are even more excited than they were before about Cam after this practice.

They weren't really going at full game speed, but 89 is still easily the best receiver on the team. He makes every single thing he does look easy. If he's lost a step, you definitely couldn't tell tonight.

And Pilares looked very nice. Couple of nice grabs, fast, reminds me of another Panthers 81...Rocket Ismail. Cool leg tats.
