It's just not a good idea. Who is gonna be the one to tell them after they throw an interception that it's ok. Who is going to tell them that "it's ok, it's happened to me before, you'll bounce back"

Sometimes kids just need encouragment from older more experienced people and if we are going to sign someone based on pure experiences then Brunell or Delhomme our the guys that the Panthers need to look at.
