FanFest worth going to?

I know may be alittle off topic, but i live near the outerbanks and I'm thinking on making the trip to go for the first time (since i finally have a weekend off of work). Is it fun? Will i be able to get autographs?

Don't wanna waste a 6+hr trip..haha

I wouldnt drive 6+hrs to go to fanfest. Its just another practice, execpt it is inside the stadium. Not sure whether or not the players hang around to give autographs like the do at the training camp location.

It isn't worth that long of a drive. It's just a practice with a short scrimage at the end with a bunch of highlight clips of past seasons being played on the large screens. They have a 5k in the morning before the gates open and some of the players are sometimes walking around and you can talk to. They do sign autographs after the practice is over but usually if your not there before the gathering you wont get anything. Plus with as hot as its been would be kinda miserable. Thats my two cents but again thats only if I lived as far away as you do.
