There's a little wiggle room, but not much. Also haggle on getting the whole deal guaranteed. That's about it.

How much is garunteed, the yearly amounts (i.e. we could backload or frontload it), and possibly a signing bonus (not sure about that though).

I have already been fully on board with Newton as the QB, and I think that he will be able to help us succeed, but this makes the deal even sweeter.

It's like the icing on the cake.

I have to say that I am completely happy with the moves his organization has made in the past few months. I love that we went and got Rivera, Mcdermett and Chud, who are going to make us a more exciting and agressive team.

I am also happy that we were able to get Cam, and that he is showing us that he is willing to put the effort into being as good as he can be.

I am a little dissapointed that we havent been more active in free agency yet... but maybe they are just being secretive about what they want to do on Friday??? (fingers crossed) But I love the fact that we have been able to keep Williams, Johnson and our LBs, and if we dont get any more big name FAs... then hopefully we can use the rest of the money to lock up Beason and Kalil and frontload they're contracts, so that we have more space in the years to come.

I really think that this is the year that we get it all turned around, and become playoff contenders every year.

We really do need to add a DT or two, and a corner so we can find a replacement for Marshall. Some depth on the Oline, and veteran depth at QB and WR surely wouldnt hurt either

Beason is more than locked up. He is here for good. Kalil will be signed by tomorrow morning as well as Cam and the draft picks. As for F/A I can see us grabbing a CB and DT anything could happen look at Greg Olsen.
