They all really want to play for this team, I think.

It's kinda funny - Chicago was 11-5 last year, a damn good team that has a real shot at going deep in the playoffs, but something about our team has these guys wanting to stay here... perhaps Rivera (or Cam?) got them to buy into how good they could be.
